Busy Making Heads

No pictures today, folks.  I'm too busy getting the display materials ready for the Spring Show that's coming up at Architectural Artifacts in Chicago.  Em has so many hats that we decided we needed more than the regular display stuff, and we've been building paper maché heads.  Also, we wanted to make some nicer stuff, because I guess this is a fairly high-end show.  If the venue is any indication, it will be pretty cool.  Be sure to check the link above.

I'm off to do some more headwork on them now.

A Couple Of Features

Just a quick note today.  I want to steer you to a couple of places that had some really nice things to say about our work over the weekend.

First, I was featured in an Etsy Treasury put together by the fine folks at Magnetic Originals.  The theme is magic, and it includes my patch of a rabbit's ears sticking out of a hat.  I've included a link here, but the actual treasury is going to disappear on March 31, so if you want to visit, you better get right on over there.  Great thanks to Magnetic Originals!  Take a tool around in the shop for some very cool magnetic art.

The second feature is a huge one.  Several of my pieces and a few of Em's hats are featured at a very cool blog about contemporary stitching called Mr. X Stitch.  I have run across several of the contributors to this blog while skulking about on Flickr, and Beefrank has decided to really go all out on sharing some of my work on Mr. X Stitch.  Thanks to the blog, and to Beefrank, for the kind words and the recognition!
